Q. When Will I Receive My Order? 

A. Due to current COVID-19 PANDEMIC Worldwide and EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND OF OUR STICK. Upon placing your order, please allow us for 1 to 2 business days for processing and an additional 1 to 2 days to be shipped out directly from our "Indiana" warehouse, and they will do everything they can to get you, your order as fast they can! Due to Pandemic periods please allow an estimated 5 to 07 days to deliver.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A.  Once your order has been shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile number. Containing a tracking ID and link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can also visit our TRACK ORDER page.

Q. How does long free shipping take?

A.  Please allow up to 1 to 2 business days for your order process and an additional 1 to 2 days to be shipped and its takes estimate 10 to12 days to deliver at your door. 

Q. Do you provide any express shipping?

A. Yes, we provide express shipping. 

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. No. We are a US based company, and we only sell our product in the US

Q. Is your website secure with my personal information?

A.  Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information at all.

A. Simple click on the 'Add to card' button. Fill up your shipping & billing information, and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

Q. Does Alpha trekking provide a quality guarantee for Stick?

A. Absolutely! If you do not like the product and find damage to the product, contact us immediately. We do all we can do to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us, and we'll get it addressed.
